Recordings of our classes - T&C's

Part of our commitment to accessibility is to offer recordings of our classes. This is so that you can still train, even if there are clashes with schedule, time zone or unexpected circumstances.

1. Book the class as normal
2. Email twvenquires@gmail.com with the subject line "Request a Recording" briefly explaining why you couldn’t attend the class live. 
3. We will send you a link to the recording as soon as possible.  This recording will not be available for download. 

The links to the recordings of our regular classes will expire 3 days after the live session took place (i.e. - The recording from Monday's class will no longer be available from Thursday). 

For recordings of special events/longer courses, the link will expire in 7 days (i.e. - The recording from Monday's session will no longer be available from the following Monday).

Please be sure to watch the recording as soon as possible to not miss the expiry date.

Q: I have attended a class but I would also like to receive a recording in order to practice some moves/sequences /exercises. Is this allowed? Do I need to pay extra? 

A: The recordings are unfortunately only available to individuals who are unable to attend the live, whether due to their time zone or for unforeseen circumstances.

Q: What if I planned to attend my class live and missed it unexpectedly? Can I still request a recording after the fact?

A: In the case of "exceptional circumstances", we are able to send you the recording of the class that you missed. Such circumstances include:
- injury/illness
- unexpected scheduling conflict
- family commitments
- political situations
- any other type of emergency.

Please email  twvenquires@gmail.com within 3 days of the class with the subject line "Request a Recording". Briefly explain why you couldn’t attend the class live and we will send you the link to the recording as soon as possible.

Q: How long after the class has happened can I request a recording? Can I ask for a recording after the expiry date?

A: We kindly as that any requests for recordings be made prior to the class. If this is not possible, please make your request within 3 days of the live class as this follows the expiry date of the recording link. For any requests made after these 3 days, due to exceptional circumstances, we may be able to provide a new link. However, out of respect for the teacher's artistic property and the work involved in preparing the recordings, we unfortunately cannot accept any requests for recordings from 2 weeks after the class has happened. 

Q: I've spoken to the teacher and even though I didn't attend the class, they said I can have a recording. Is this ok?

A: Unfortunately, we will not be able to send recordings for any class you did not previously book in advance. However, after speaking with the teacher, if they are ok with it, we will send you a PayPal link to "book the class". Upon payment, we will send you the recording, which has the same expiry date as listed above.
