This intensive has been designing to help you plan and instigate your comeback. We’re offering conscious training for body, mind, spirit, and whatever else you can think of.

Following off from our previous intensive “The Brain and the Dancer”, we look at how to nurture another crucial relationship within ourselves as performers.
For those not in the know, there has always been a long standing, somewhat narrow minded debate about dancers… Are they athletes? Are they artists? What is their most defining characteristic?
Without a doubt, we are definitely both. Our physicality and sensitivity both need to be at peak condition in order to do what we do. We have the ability to translate what we witness into powerful stories, statements, and commentaries. And we have the courage and fortitude to share these with others, creating impact and pushing the world forward into its evolution.
It’s hard to say where we are all heading. But one thing is for sure… artists will be right there, on the pulse as we always have been. So it’s important to sharpen our tools to make the most of our role in this global stage.
In this intensive, we offer new perspectives and insights into the evolving nature of performance and the roles of performers within this evolution. These courses are designed for performers and performance makers alike, covering:
